By accessing or using the WIN Performance Platform (the Platform) operated by Let's Go Win LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
The Platform is designed for personal development and leadership coaching purposes. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Access to certain content requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on the cycle you select (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@letsgowin.com within 7 days of any charge if you have concerns.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including videos, course materials, frameworks, workbooks, and audio — is the property of Let's Go Win LLC and JM Ryerson. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
5. User-Generated Content
Content you create within the Platform (journal entries, workbook responses, assessment data) remains yours. You grant Let's Go Win LLC a limited license to store and display this content to you within the Platform.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The Platform provides coaching tools, frameworks, and content intended to support your personal and professional growth. Results vary by individual. Let's Go Win LLC makes no guarantee of specific outcomes from use of the Platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Let's Go Win LLC does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let's Go Win LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes.
